Juan Pazmino serves as the Chief Client Officer (CCO) for Forrest Solutions and is also one of the partners for the organization. As the CCO, he is responsible for driving the strategic and operational execution needed to enhance the company growth and enabling the customer-centric culture.

Juan brings over 20 years of transformational leadership experience to his clients. “What else?” helps drive Juan’s commitment to continuous improvement, which differentiates him from all others and avoids “one-size-fits-all” thinking for Forrest Solutions’ clients.

In addition to his industry work experience, Juan is an Adjunct Professor at Baruch College and has served on the Advisory Board for not-for-profit organizations focused on providing job training and employment opportunities to underserved communities. Juan earned his MBA from Baruch College, a BS in Business Management from the College of Staten Island and is certified in Business Analytics by the University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School of Business.

A born and raised New Yorker, Juan now resides in Bergen County, NJ with his wife Denise, his children Joshua and Emily, and their dog, Duggy.
