Jim Caton serves as President of Forrest Solutions and is also one of the owners of the company. Jim has been with the Forrest Solutions for over 16 years and was brought on to the company initially as the COO before becoming company president in 2018.

Jim is a thought leader in the company. Jim was an instrumental partner for the launch of the company’s onsite outsourcing division and today is responsible for the company’s growth, cultivating the company’s culture as well as creating innovative people solutions that best suit the ever-changing client environment. To that end, Jim works very closely with Forrest Solutions clients to engage and understand their business needs and is responsible for developing and growing the company’s staffing business.

A highly regarded leader, Jim brings an avid entrepreneurial spirit and corporate foundation to his role as president. His business tenacity and passion for working with Forrest Solutions clients and the Forrest Solution team are unmatched. Jim lives with his wife, Rachael, has two daughters–one in college and his other daughter in nursing–and is an animal rescuer with a multitude of furry friends, both cats and dogs, around the house.
