That is why Forrest Solutions’ Chief Operating Officer & Owner, Juan Pazmino started the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion committee in 2020 to create the training and educational initiatives to ensure our core values and business goals are aligned. Here is Juan talking about our diversity and inclusion programs, what we have learned so far, and what it means to us as a business, a company, a family.
