In Q1 2024, Forrest Solutions Legal hosted C-Suite professionals in operations and real estate across the Am Law 200 for an annual advisory board meeting and took the opportunity to poll the group on return-to-office and the evolving role of workplace experience.

This year, we expanded the Survey’s purview to track the rise of workplace experience.  What we found was that respondents were unanimous that amenitizing their workplaces was paramount, and the majority of these firms (57%) included implementation of workplace experience as one of these strategies.

Of firms that have implemented workplace experience, firms were split 50 /50 on how to implement workplace experience, either in sourced or outsourced, but agree that workplace experience improves office culture, attracts talent, and differentiates their brands.
